When it comes to jewelry, beads and several piercings are in. Eyeglasses or sunglasses should be horn-rimmed, cat eye, or with thick and black frames.

The hot emo look also calls for the right apparel. You need tight and faded dark shirts, which have random symbols or slogans. Dark denim jackets also count. For students who are always carrying around a bag, you should own a messenger-style bag. This has to be covered with pins and patches. Your pants should be tight, which is cuffed twice or once. Lastly, your shoes have to be either blue or black Converse.
